Does your health need more of your attention?
FOR INDIVIDUALS
Perhaps you're struggling with poor sleep, low energy or difficulty concentrating. Or your cholesterol, blood pressure or blood sugar is starting to concern you.
Maybe you've spent years putting everything else first, and you're beginning to wonder what that means for your health — now and in the years ahead.
I'm a registered nutritional therapist, helping people understand what's going on with their health and what they can do about it. I work particularly with busy professionals, combining nutritional expertise with a practical, supportive approach to making changes that fit their lives.
Feeling tired, stressed or not quite yourself?
Poor sleep, low energy, difficulty concentrating or feeling constantly under pressure can make everyday life feel overwhelming. We will look at how changes to your nutrition can help, alongside sleep, movement and managing stress.
Concerned about cholesterol, blood pressure or blood sugar?
Perhaps something has shown up in a recent health check, your weight is changing, or you've had enough of energy slumps, feeling hungry again when you just ate or struggling to focus in the afternoon. What and how you eat can affect how you feel and function every day — not to mention your heart health, blood sugar and risk of developing health problems in the future.
Thinking about your brain health?
Perhaps you've noticed changes in your memory or concentration, have a family history of dementia, or simply want to stay mentally sharp and protect your brain health for the future. What you eat and how you live can make a real difference to your cognitive function today, as well as helping to protect your brain health for the future.
Confused about what you should actually be eating?
There's no shortage of nutrition advice, much of it contradictory. One week something is good for you, the next you're being told to avoid it. Who has the time — or the expertise — to work out what's actually worth listening to? That's part of my job. I dig into the research behind the headlines and latest trends, and examine what the evidence really says. Then we can work out what that means for you — which advice is relevant, what might make a real difference to your health, and how to put it into practice without getting caught up in every new trend or conflicting piece of advice.
What can I help with?
How one-to-one support works
I don’t start with a diet plan. I start with understanding you.
Getting to know you
Before we meet, I’ll ask you about your health, eating habits and lifestyle. When we talk, I want to understand what matters to you, what you’d like to change, and what makes you tick.
01
Finding where to focus
We'll explore your concerns, look at the bigger picture and work out where changes might make the most difference — rather than trying to tackle everything at once.
02
Making a plan that works for you
We'll agree practical, evidence-informed changes that suit your preferences, personality and everyday life. There's little point in a perfect diet that you can't (or don't want to) follow.
03
Supporting lasting change
Making changes can be easier said than done. When we work together over time, I'll help you build new habits, navigate obstacles and adjust the plan as we learn what’s working and what needs to change.
04
Effective. Personal. Life-enhancing.
Effective
Sound nutritional science, aiming to make a meaningful difference to your health.
Personal
Understanding you as a person, not just your symptoms or what you eat.
Life-enhancing
Better health should add to your enjoyment of life, not take away from it.
I offer individual consultations and a longer programme with ongoing support, depending on what you're looking for and how much help you'd like along the way.
You can explore the options and prices, or get in touch if you'd prefer to talk things through first.
