There are different ways to approach making changes to your health. You may prefer a thorough conversation, clear recommendations and the freedom to get on with things yourself. Or you may welcome ongoing support, with time to ask questions, work through difficulties and adjust your approach as you go.

I offer both, with the same personalised, evidence-informed approach at the heart of each.

Standalone Nutritional Therapy Consultations

Optional Follow-up Consultations

Whether you have a particular health concern, want to understand what you could do differently, or simply have questions about nutrition and your health, a standalone consultation is an opportunity to explore what's going on and what might help.

Before we meet, I'll ask you to complete a health and lifestyle questionnaire so I can review the relevant background.

During our consultation, we'll look at your concerns, your goals and the factors that might be contributing — including nutrition, sleep, stress and physical activity. Together, we'll identify what could make the biggest difference to your health and agree some practical changes that feel achievable for you.

What’s included?

  • Pre-consultation health and lifestyle assessment.

  • 90-minute individual consultation.

  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle recommendations.

  • Written action plan with practical next steps.

  • Relevant supporting resources, where appropriate.

And if you'd like to talk again?

You can book a follow-up consultation if further advice or review would be useful. There's no commitment to a fixed series of appointments.

Recover Your Edge

10 weeks - flexible consultation and support

A personalised nutritional therapy programme

Making changes to your health isn't always easy. And when you're already juggling a demanding working or personal life, finding time to focus on yourself can feel like another challenge.

I've designed Recover Your Edge with that reality in mind.

We begin by building a thorough picture of your health, nutrition, lifestyle and priorities, so that the recommendations we develop are grounded in evidence and relevant to you.

From there, we work together over time, with flexibility built around your commitments. Rather than expecting you to find space for a succession of lengthy appointments, we can combine more substantial reviews with shorter conversations and check-ins when that's what you need.

Whether you're travelling, navigating a particularly demanding period at work or finding that some changes are harder than expected, there's an opportunity to talk things through. We can explore questions, discuss what's working and what isn't, and adjust our approach to fit what’s happening in your life.

The aim isn't just to give you a plan, but to help you put it into practice, overcome obstacles and build habits that become part of your everyday routine.

What's included

  • Comprehensive initial assessment — understanding your health, concerns, goals and circumstances.

  • Personalised nutrition and lifestyle plan — with recommendations adapted as we work together.

  • Five hours of individual consultation and review time (including the initial assessment and final review) with flexible appointments and check-ins.

  • Between-session email support — for brief questions and practical difficulties relating to your plan.

  • Practical resources — relevant food ideas, guidance and tools to help you make changes in everyday life.

  • Final review and longer-term plan — reflecting on what's worked, what needs further attention and where to go from here.

The programme is designed around 10 weeks, but consultation appointments can be spread over a longer period where necessary, by agreement.

Both offer personalised, evidence-informed nutritional therapy. The difference is largely about how you prefer to work, and how much ongoing support you'd find useful.

Which approach is right for you?

A standalone consultation might suit you if…

You have particular health concerns or questions you'd like to explore, want a thorough assessment and clear recommendations, and would prefer to take things forward yourself.

Perhaps you've been reading conflicting nutrition advice and want help making sense of what the evidence actually says. Or perhaps you prefer to prepare your questions, have a substantial conversation and then go away and put what you've learned into practice.

You'll have a personalised action plan to work from, and can arrange a follow-up if you need one.

Recover Your Edge might suit you if…

You'd prefer to have someone working alongside you as you make changes, with regular opportunities to talk things through.

Perhaps you know from experience that good intentions can get lost when life gets busy. Or you might welcome having someone to ask questions, explore the evidence behind something you've read, or discuss what's working — and what's proving difficult.

We'll have time to review how things are going, adjust recommendations and work through setbacks together, with flexible appointments and check-ins that fit around your other commitments.

Some health concerns also benefit from more ongoing assessment and review, which we can discuss together.
